Heitiare McDonald

With a passion for health and fitness, I began my journey in 2008 as a swimming coach, working with various age groups. Over the years, I transitioned into freestyle group exercise, instructing classes such as Aqua aerobics, Bootcamp, HIIT, Functional Training, and Boxing.

Driven by a desire to deepen my understanding of biomechanics and rehabilitation, I obtained accreditation in comprehensive STOTT Pilates method along other health & fitness accreditation. This led me to become a strength and conditioning coach, where I specialised in coaching clients with persistent pain and dysfunction.

In 2016, I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy, further enriching my knowledge of the body's healing capabilities.

My approach is influenced by collaborative experiences with osteopaths, physiotherapists, and allied health professionals.

Today, I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their wellness journeys, combining my expertise in Pilates

with a holistic approach to health and fitness.

but also the social, environmental, emotional, and mental factors

that may be influencing your well-being.

and align it, one step at a time, so you can regain the confidence you once had.
