Reformer Pilates Classes

Things to know before your first class  

We currently have a  waitlist as our classes are at capacity - Email us for more info.

You must have had an initial consultation prior to starting classes.

Socks must be worn for hygiene reasons, grip socks are available to purchase in studio.

We have Reformer mats for sale too, these are machine washable.

Our Classes run on a term basis in line with school terms.

Fees are charged per term in advance - to keep you committed and consistent.

$38.5 a session when booked in once a week x weeks in a term.

$36.5 a session when booked in twice a week x weeks in a term. 

Make-ups available only during the same term booked in for and where there is availability.

Booking & Cancellation Policy 

Due to our small class size, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy,

late cancellations & no shows will be charged.

Foundation I & II

Vibe: Lost, Curious, Uncertain
Walk out Feeling: Discovered new love for Reformer Pilates.

Foundation sessions are catered towards are brand new students to Pilates and to the Reformer machine. You will learn not only your way around your reformer but also the foundations of Pilates. Discover a new, supportive, functional and Fun way to move your body. This class will leave you with a nice warmth all over and have you questioning - why you have never felt these muscles before.

Suitable for all levels. A min of 8 Foundation sessions need to be completed to move on to Align Sessions.

Vibe: Foundations, Strength, Stretch & Balance
Walk out feeling: Grounded & Energised

For newcomers & experienced clients alike. Learn or revisit your Pilates Foundations. A fun, full-body workout to develop & grow your pilates practice.   Explore your movement, listen to your body & take the option that suits you best. This class will leave you with a nice warmth all over and have you questioning - why you have never felt these muscles before. 

All levels welcome, suitable for pre/postnatal. It is recommended you do 2 terms of these before moving on to Heat Sessions.

Vibe: Burn, Glow, Cardio, Laughs
Walk out feeling: Rosy-cheeked, endorphins+++

A challenging, faster paced class with contemporary / innovative moves & occasional cardio bursts. Get your heart pumping, muscles shaking & endorphins flowing with more advanced repertoire, designed to give you a feeling of strength & freedom. Layering & modifications provided so don't be shy!

Suitable for those with previous reformer experience (min 2 terms of Align sessions) & keen to get a sweat on.
