Terms & Conditions

This agreement is established between the member ("customer")

and Myo Health Limited ("Myo Health").

​

1. Duration of Memberships:


 

a. 6 Months Memberships (Dedication Consistency & Reformer Addict):

  • Minimum Term: 6 months.

  • Minimum Obligation Agreement: Commitment to maintain payments for the minimum term. After this term, the agreement continues until terminated by the customer or Myo Health.


b. School Term Memberships (Core & Premium):

  • Minimum Term: 1 full School Term.

  • "School Term" refers to the standard academic term structure commonly observed in educational institutions, typically consisting of scheduled breaks and holidays.

  • Minimum Obligation Agreement: Commitment to maintain payments for the minimum term. After this term, the agreement automatically renews following the school holidays.

 

2. Termination/Changes:


 

a. Notice Period: 4 weeks for termination or membership type changes.
b. Early Termination: Customers terminating within the fixed term or minimum obligation period must pay a cancellation fee of $199 and provide 4 weeks' notice.

 

3. Payment:

 

a. 6 Months Memberships (Consistency, Dedication & Reformer Addict):

Weekly (every 7 days) payment: Processed within 24 hours of the chosen date (usually the first day of purchase).

b. School Term Memberships (Core & Premium):

  • 4-weekly (every 28 days) payment: The first payment is processed upon membership purchase, followed by subsequent payments every 28 days from the start of the School Term (no later than Friday of week 1 of the school term).  

  • During school holidays, the subscription is temporarily suspended, and your next payment is adjusted accordingly to account for the hold period.

c. Weekend/Public Holiday: Payments processed within 24 hours from the start of the next business day.

d. Insufficient Funds: In the event of insufficient funds, the account may incur a dishonour fee payable to the merchant provider.

4. Rollover / Unused Classes:

 

a. 6 Month Term Members/Dedication, Consistency & Reformer Addict Memberships: Unused classes are available for an additional 2 months beyond the current membership week. After this period, classes are forfeited.

b. School Term Members/Core & Premium Memberships: Unused classes are available for an additional 2 months but can’t be used over the school holidays.

c. Please be aware that any unused or rollover sessions will be forfeited and cannot be utilised upon termination of your subscription.

5. Additional Charges:

 

a. Any additional classes used, including attendance, no-show, or late cancellation, will be charged at the membership rate during the next billing cycle.

 

6. Holding of Membership:


​

a. 6 Months Memberships (Consistency, Dedication & Reformer Addict):

Eligible for a maximum 2-week hold over the 6-month period due to medical, travel, or personal reasons, with a minimum hold duration of 1 week.

b. School Term Members/Core & Premium Memberships:

Membership automatically placed on hold during school holidays as per the standard academic term structure. For other holds, a medical certificate by a registered professional is required.

7. Payment of Fees:

 

a. Customer must pay all fees and charges, including GST, for the term of their membership.

8. Changes in Membership Fees:

​

a. Myo Health reserves the right to adjust membership fees with 21 days' notice, outside of any minimum term obligation agreed upon.

 

9. Overdue Payments:

​

a. Outstanding balances for more than 4 weeks may be reported to credit agencies, and debts may be passed to third-party collection agencies.

 

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read,

understood, and agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions.
